In 2025, many men are lost.
Told that they are the inheritors of the Kingdom in society, whilst struggling to keep their head above water.
Shamed for their desires, and shamed for not having desires.
Shamed for their genitalia, and shamed for their dad bods.
Told they are too macho and uncaring, and told they are too wimpy and weak.

-Are men blameless?
Of course not. No-one is.
-Are men blamed for many of the ills in our world?
Unequivocally yes.

Women cannot heal this wound, as much as some would love to.
This wound must be healed by other men.
Men who understand.
Men who have walked through their own torment, guided by other men.
Men who have looked their own demons in the face with other strong men stood behind them, and faced them down.
I am one such man.

Man to man therapy involves compassionate holding, challenge, reclaiming of the core masculine identity, developing and strengthening boundaries, learning to set limits with yourself and those around you, defining achievable career goals, moving in the direction of long neglected dreams, learning to LIVE, rather than get by, learning to THRIVE, rather than survive.
Therapy is a dirty word in some circles of men. Seen as overly feminine, unhelpful, or just a plain waste of money.
But true man to man therapy is grounded in ancient tribal wisdom, two men sat around the fire talking about what irks them, what scares them, about their successes and their failures, and how to move forwards.
This is what I offer.
Something both ancient and modern, effective and potent.
